I am a Director of Business Development for Home Helpers of San Mateo. I started my journey in senior care as a scheduler dealing with client issues and scheduling caregivers for all new and existing clients. From there I went into a territory associate role which was dealing with new client meetings and completing assessments to provide full details to the scheduling team who would than take this information to coordinate for care. After that I was transferred to the Bay area to be a Territory Manager and look over the Bay area and bring in referrals from major accounts such as hospitals, senior living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. During the Covid Pandemic the company I was with was had closed their doors and I went to work with Home Helpers of San Mateo and become their Director of Business Development and continue to bring in referrals and meet with major players in the senior care landscape.

Home Helpers of San Mateo is an award winning Home Care Organization. Through an independent study known as the Homecare Pulse we have been awarded Leader in Excellence, Provider of Choice, and Employer of Choice for the last six years running. We are the only Home Care organization to win this distinction for the last six years running. We are extremely proud of this accomplishment. We provide activities of daily living assistance and assist with new moms, recently discharged, disabled, and veterans.
